Pengaruh Perkembangan Teknologi 4.0 terhadap Transformasi Logistik Modern TNI Angkatan Laut dalam Mendukung Kesiapan Operasional Alutsista

Abstrak

TNI Angkatan Laut memiliki kebutuhan logistik yang kompleks dan dinamis, realitas menunjukkan bahwa sistem logistik TNI Angkatan Laut masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan struktural dan fungsional. Penelitian pada artikel ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perkembangan teknologi 4.0 terhadap transformasi logistik modern TNI Angkatan Laut dalam mendukung kesiapan operasional alutsista. Pendekatan yang digunakan menggabungkan metode Delphi untuk memperoleh konsensus pakar dan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menetapkan prioritas elemen teknologi yang paling berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti predictive maintenance, sistem ERP logistik terintegrasi, dan otomatisasi distribusi memiliki kontribusi dominan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, kecepatan dan keandalan sistem logistik militer. Dimensi smart logistics menjadi prioritas utama dalam struktur keputusan yang menandakan pentingnya pendekatan logistik berbasis prediksi dan otomatisasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi logistik TNI Angkatan Laut tidak hanya bergantung pada penerapan teknologi digital, tetapi juga memerlukan dukungan kelembagaan yang adaptif dan penguatan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia. Keberhasilan implementasi teknologi 4.0 dalam sistem logistik sangat ditentukan oleh sinergi antara inovasi teknologi, integrasi sistem informasi dan kesiapan organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, transformasi ini diharapkan mampu membentuk sistem logistik TNI Aangkatan Laut yang modern, tangguh dan responsif terhadap tuntutan operasi maritim masa kini dan mendatang.
