Pengaruh Faktor Operasional dan Administratif terhadap Beban Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan di Unit Rawat Inap RSUD Lapatarai Kabupaten Barru

Beban kerja tenaga kesehatan di unit rawat inap RSUD Lapatarai Kabupaten Barru meningkat seiring rasio pasien terhadap perawat yang mencapai 12,5 : 1 di beberapa ruang, beban administratif tinggi akibat pencatatan ganda selama masa transisi sistem rekam medis elektronik, serta tingkat hunian tempat tidur (Bed Occupancy Rate/BOR) yang mencapai 84% pada tahun 2023 melampaui standar nasional 60–80%. Kondisi ini berisiko menurunkan mutu pelayanan dan meningkatkan kelelahan kerja tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh jumlah pasien, jam kerja dan sistem shift, kompleksitas kasus, beban administratif, serta kebijakan distribusi tenaga terhadap beban kerja tenaga kesehatan serta menentukan faktor yang paling dominan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional digunakan pada 120 tenaga kesehatan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis dengan korelasi Pearson dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban administratif (r = 0,498) dan jumlah pasien (r = 0,425) memiliki hubungan terkuat dengan beban kerja (seluruh p < 0,01). Secara parsial, hanya jumlah pasien (β = 0,217; p = 0,048) dan beban administratif (β = 0,376; p < 0,001) yang berpengaruh signifikan, dengan beban administratif sebagai faktor dominan (β standar = 0,356). Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya reformasi manajemen SDM dan percepatan digitalisasi RME untuk menekan beban administratif dan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan.
