Cognitive Behavioral Therapy dalam Menangani Gangguan Psikologis pada Pasien Kanker Payudara: A Narrative Literature Review

Kanker payudara merupakan penyakit dengan prevalensi tinggi yang sering disertai gangguan psikologis seperti depresi, kecemasan, insomnia, gangguan citra tubuh, dan penurunan kualitas hidup, sehingga dibutuhkan intervensi psikologis yang efektif dan berbasis bukti. Artikel ini menyajikan literature review terhadap studi-studi terpublikasi dalam rentang 2015–2025 dengan menelusuri database ilmiah dan menerapkan kriteria inklusi–eksklusi terkait desain penelitian, populasi, bentuk intervensi, serta luaran psikologis, hingga diperoleh delapan studi yang memenuhi syarat. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), baik dalam format kelompok, individual, digital, maupun model kombinasi, secara konsisten memberikan perbaikan signifikan pada depresi, kecemasan, stres, kualitas tidur, dan citra tubuh, meskipun efektivitasnya bervariasi menurut durasi dan struktur intervensi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa CBT merupakan intervensi psikoterapi berbasis bukti yang menjanjikan bagi perempuan dengan kanker payudara, namun keberagaman metode antar studi menegaskan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut dengan desain yang lebih kuat dan terstandarisasi.
