Pemetaan Tren Penelitian Pembelajaran Berbasis Pengalaman dalam Pendidikan Orang Dewasa (2015–2025): Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis dan Analisis Bibliometrik

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah perkembangan penelitian mengenai pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman (experience-based learning/EBL) dalam konteks pendidikan orang dewasa selama periode 2015–2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis yang dipadukan dengan analisis bibliometrik. Pengumpulan literatur dilakukan melalui pencarian terstruktur pada basis data Scopus dan Google Scholar menggunakan perangkat lunak Publish or Perish versi 8.11.4844, dengan jumlah awal 258 artikel. Setelah melalui tahapan seleksi mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020, diperoleh 190 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Data bibliometrik selanjutnya dianalisis dan divisualisasikan menggunakan VOSviewer versi 1.6.20 untuk memetakan struktur intelektual dan perkembangan temporal tema penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kata kunci "experience" menempati posisi paling sentral dalam jaringan penelitian dengan keterkaitan erat terhadap "learning", "study", dan "co-design". Overlay visualization mengungkapkan bahwa tema co-design muncul lebih awal, sementara learning dan study berkembang lebih pesat pada periode publikasi terkini. Density visualization menunjukkan bahwa konsep pengalaman memiliki intensitas tertinggi sebagai fondasi utama kajian EBL. Tinjauan literatur sistematis mengonfirmasi keefektifan EBL dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan orang dewasa, meliputi pendidikan tinggi, pelatihan profesional, dan pendidikan kesehatan. Temuan penelitian ini menawarkan referensi berbasis bukti dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan orang dewasa serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan penelitian empiris di masa mendatang guna mengatasi kesenjangan pada aspek kolaborasi dan penerapan EBL.
