Abstrak

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) merupakan neuropati kompresi akibat penekanan nervus medianus pada terowongan karpal dan dapat berkaitan dengan pajanan ergonomi di tempat kerja. Operator inventory memiliki risiko mengalami CTS karena aktivitas tangan repetitif, postur pergelangan tangan yang tidak netral, dan durasi kerja yang panjang. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara pajanan ergonomi di tempat kerja dengan kejadian CTS melalui pendekatan diagnosis okupasi pada satu kasus operator inventory. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif terhadap satu kasus dengan pendekatan tujuh langkah diagnosis penyakit akibat kerja berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan penunjang, identifikasi pajanan kerja, evaluasi faktor risiko, eksklusi penyebab non-okupasi, dan penentuan hubungan sebab akibat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya aktivitas mengetik berulang dalam durasi lama, posisi pergelangan tangan tidak netral, serta kurangnya waktu istirahat sebagai faktor risiko CTS pada kasus ini. Penetapan hubungan kerja dilakukan melalui tujuh langkah diagnosis penyakit akibat kerja, sehingga pasien memenuhi kriteria diagnosis CTS sebagai penyakit akibat kerja berdasarkan analisis diagnosis okupasi. Penatalaksanaan meliputi terapi farmakologis, penggunaan wrist splint, modifikasi ergonomi, microbreak, latihan peregangan, dan edukasi ergonomi. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi pajanan ergonomi pada operator inventory, rekomendasi pengendalian disusun sesuai hierarki pengendalian risiko untuk mengurangi pajanan ergonomi dan mencegah perburukan CTS pada pekerja.
