Konsep Perancangan Wisata Gang Berbasis Keseharian melalui Produksi Ruang Sosial: Studi Kasus RT 3 Lingkungan Dende Seleh, Kota Tua Ampenan

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan konsep perancangan wisata gang berbasis keseharian melalui produksi ruang sosial Gang RT 3 Lingkungan Dende Seleh, Kota Tua Ampenan. Penelitian ini merupakan kelanjutan dari riset sebelumnya pada lokasi yang sama yang mengidentifikasi tipologi ruang temporal-komunal dan domestik-konsisten melalui metode Place-Centered Mapping (PCM). Pada tahap lanjutan ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif interpretatif melalui Research Through Design (RTD) dengan landasan teori produksi ruang Henri Lefebvre dan hermeneutika Paul Ricoeur untuk menerjemahkan temuan empiris menjadi konsep perancangan wisata. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan lima prinsip utama perancangan wisata berbasis keseharian, yaitu (1) Proteksi lived space, (2) Manajemen narasi spasial, (3) Visualisasi tanpa artifisialitas, (4) Desain sebagai mediasi antara warga dan wisatawan, serta (5) Partisipasi reflektif wisatawan. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut dioperasionalkan melalui strategi ruang berupa ruang transisi (narrative threshold), koridor ritme sosial (social rhythm corridor), dan koridor domestik-istan (intimate cultural corridor) sehingga pengalaman wisata tumbuh dari ritme kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat tanpa mengganggu autentisitas ruang maupun aktivitas domestik warga. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wisata gang tidak perlu dibangun melalui penciptaan atraksi baru, melainkan melalui penguatan keterbacaan ruang sosial yang telah hidup sehingga desain berperan sebagai mediator antara kehidupan warga dan pengalaman wisata yang berkelanjutan.
