Pendekatan Subjektif dalam Penilaian Beban Kerja Laboran Menggunakan Metode NASA TLX untuk Evaluasi Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik

Laboran merupakan salah satu unsur civitas akademika yang turut menunjang keberlangsungan kegiatan perkuliahan. Pada saat tertentu laboran merasakan pemberian tugas yang tidak, pembagian kerja yang tidak merata dan adanya tugas insidental dari berbagai pihak secara personal. Terkadang beberapa pekerjaan menuntut penyelesaian di luar jam kerja sehingga harus lembur. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada pelaksnaan tugas uama yang tidak sesuai, baik dari sisi waktu maupun standar hasil kerja. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa kejadian seperti: kesalahan pengerjaan, keterlambatan penyelesaian tugas, serta layanan yang kurang menyenamgkan. Perlunya dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja laboran untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan penilaian antar laboran terhadap indikator beban kerja pada kategori faktor demografi yang berbeda. Faktor demograsi yang akan dianalisis meliputi jenis kelamin dan usia. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney untuk melihat ada tidaknya perbedaan penilaian beban kerja pada setiap kategori faktor yang berbeda. Jenis kelamin dan usia, digunakan sebagai variabel bebas, sementara itu variabel terikatnya adalah skor rata-rata weighted workload.. Pegukuran beban kerja dilakukan menggunakan metode NASSA TLX dengan pendekatan subyektif berdasarkan 6 indikator yang terdiri dari Kebutuhan Mental (KM), Kebutuhan Fisik (KF), Kebutuhan Waktu (KW), Performansi (PE), Usaha (U), Tingkat Frustasi (TF). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tahap pembobotan dan rating dengan menggunakan instrumen yang diadapasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran diperoleh beban kerja laboran 41% masuk kategori sangat tinggi (very high), 47% tinggi (high), 12% medium (moderate). Berdasarkan uji Mann Whitney diketahui bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat beban kerja laboran pada perbedaan kelompok jenis kelamin dan usia.
